Front to back, idea to running business. I've shipped a frontend for a million people a day, a real-time trading interface for 500+ live traders, and a homestay in the Himalayas I designed, coded and now run at 70% margin. These days I'm going deep on applied AI — in the open, by building.

In the open

I learn the way I ship — by building the thing until it's real, not by reading about it.

Right now that's applied AI: LLM agents, RAG pipelines, and model distillation. UPI Agent is my LangChain sandbox. BirthStar is where agent work meets real, paying users.

Seven years of full-stack is the base. This is the part I'm fine-tuning — and I'd rather show the work in progress than pretend I've already mastered it.
